Nail Conversion and Refresher
Our one day Conversion Course is for students who are trained in either gel or acrylic, but wish to convert to a different system to enable them to offer both treatments. The course is also vital for those who trained a long time ago and would like to refresh their skills, as well as those who have trained in alternative systems and would like to learn about EZFlow.

Nail Conversion course content
After a review of health & safety, client consultation and nail preparation you will cover the following areas:
- Gel or Acrylic chemistry
- Application on tips
- Natural nail overlay application
- Finishing and perfecting techniques
- Nail maintenance: infill, rebalancing, repairs and removal
- Aftercare
What will I receive when I complete the course?
The aim of all our courses is to ensure that you leave competent in both the skills and knowledge of your chosen discipline. In this way, you will be able to achieve the Carlton Institute Diploma, which will allow you to obtain Public Liability Insurance. In order to gain your certificate, you must attend the Nail Conversion course and pass all written and practical assessments on the day.
Locations
The Nail Conversion and Refresher training course can be completed at our Windsor, Brentwood, Exmouth, Cardiff, Malvern Spa, Stockport, Derby, Tamworth, Leeds, Chichester, Durham and Glasgow training colleges. Refreshments will be provided for you.
Entry requirements for Nail Conversion
Previous Gel or Acrylic experience is required to attend our Nail Conversion course.
