Reflexology Courses
Reflexology is an important complementary therapy for the holistic therapist and our course is the ideal starting point. You will learn to activate the healing powers of the body using the long-established principle that there are energy zones that run throughout the body and reflex areas in the feet, that correspond to all the major organs, glands and body parts.
Learn this ancient pressure point technique applied to the feet, where all internal organs and body structures are mirrored by the foot. Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment which helps the body maintain a delicate balance and also leaves the client with a sense of well being. As well as learning the practical techniques, you will also cover the structure of the foot and elements of anatomy and physiology which will help you gain a solid understanding behind Reflexology and help you perform to your highest ability.
