How to Book / Order
You can pay in a variety of different ways at The Carlton Institute.
Courses taking place within 2 weeks of booking
- Payment is required in full if your course start date is within 2 weeks of booking.
Courses taking place over 2 weeks of booking
- A deposit is required to secure your place if your course start date is over 2 weeks from the time of booking.
- Your remaining balance must be paid at least 2 weeks before the course commences. Please note it is your responsibility to contact the Carlton Institute to make payment. Failure of non-payment may result in you being taken off the course.
Online or over the phone
You can book your course by paying online or over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit & Visa Electron debit cards. If you wish to book your course over the phone please contact us on 01395 279968. Please note we do not accept American Express payment cards.
Bookings through external funding
If a third party agrees to pay for your training. In order to secure your booking, a purchase order from the third party will be required in writing either by email or letter to secure your place. Once we have recieved confirmation of a purchase order we will then confirm your booking.
How to Order on our Online Store
Ordering is easy and you can do it in four different ways:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit & Visa Electron debit cards. Please note that cheques must clear before orders can be delivered and should be denominated in Pounds Sterling, drawn on a UK bank and made payable to 'The Carlton Institute'. Please also remember to include £6.00 for standard postage and packaging otherwise there may be a delay in processing your order.
