Beauty Therapy Massage NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship

Beauty Apprenticeships

If you are currently trained in Beauty Therapy to NVQ Level 2 standard and are aged 16-24, then applying for our Elite Beauty Therapy Apprenticeship could be the best move you make toward advancing your career options. 

Our Government funded Beauty Therapy Apprenticeship allows you to gain an NVQ Level 3 in Massage Therapy as well as training in how to provide Body Wrap, Brazilian Waxing, Sports Massage and Electrical Facial treatments. As a Government funded scheme, you don't pay a penny for your apprenticeship, which is worth over £2,000! You'll even be paid per hour while you work.

To apply you must:

  • Be aged 16-24
  • Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy

What will the Elite Apprenticeship involve?

You will be required to train/work for up to 30 hours per week along with some home study.

What treatments will I cover?

You will follow the Beauty Therapy Massage NVQ Level 3 route which includes:

  • Body Massage
  • Aromatherapy Massage
  • Indian Head Massage
  • Hot Stone Therapy
  • Spray Tanning & Cosmetic Tanning

We are also including further advanced treatments including Electrical Facial Treatments, Sports Massage, Body Wrap and Intimate Female Waxing, so that you will be able to offer a full range of treatments in spas and salons.

Where will the Beauty Therapy Apprenticeship take place?

Intially you will train in either our Windsor or London school, however, if you would be interested in applying for an apprenticeship at another location please email: eliteapp@carltoninstitute.co.uk

I am already employed - can I still apply?

Yes! If your employer helps you to apply then they will receive £1,500 for every apprentice who completes our scheme. Email eliteapp@carltoninstitute.co.uk for more information and take a look at the Benefits of Apprenticeships for Employers.

Does the Beauty Therapy Apprenticeship really cost me nothing?

Yes - we know it's almost too good to believe, but as a Goverment funded scheme you are not required to pay a penny for your apprenticeship. 

What happens after I've applied?

We will look through the applications and make the selection for therapists who will be interviewed. Don't worry about this stage - it will be an informal interview lasting about 45 minutes. If successful, we will contact you with the location, date and time of your interview.
