Kate Moss’s Makeup Collection

Kate Moss has been the face of the UK makeup brand Rimmel London since 2001, but now it seems she's been doing some behind-the-scenes work for the brand.

Kate designed a color collection for the brand, called the Kate Moss Make Up Collection for Rimmel London. The collection includes six lipsticks, in an intriguing array of colors from pink, orange, red to a rock-chic dark purple; there are also eye shadows and mascaras.

Kate's signature appears on the lipstick tubes, which are emblazoned with a Union Jack.

Her range is set to be launched in September this year, according to an official statement, recently released by Coty, the company who holds the license for Rimmel London:

"Rimmel are very excited to announce our collaboration with our ambassador Kate Moss for a make-up range. Final products and packaging is still in the final stages of production and the line is due to hit shelves in the UK in September. We plan to share more details of the launch over the coming months."

The British beauty company typically uses British stars to star their campaigns, but recently Solange Knowles (more popularly known as Beyonce's sister) has been signed as the new face of Rimmel London for the beauty giant's upcoming Autumn 2011 ad campaign.
