Pinks Academy strives to make sure that all the information and training you receive at Pinks Beauty Training Academy is both thorough and independent so that you are a broad range of knowledge about all things in beauty, nails and holistic from techniques to product.

Pinks Academy provides quality training, to match the needs of individuals, along with continuing support afterwards. Students are able to obtain two levels of qualifications allowing you greater flexibility and choice. The Pinks Academy certificate is recognised by Babtac/Guild for insurance purposes or can include the highest national level qualifications via VTCT/NVQ allows you to achieve what might take you a year or two to do in standard colleges. Course combinations can be tailored to allow flexibility to fulfil your personal requirements.
With this in mind Pinks Training Academy is a purpose built Beauty School designed to bring high quality short courses to the midlands. The courses we offer are all BABTAC (British association of beauty therapy and cosmetology) and Guild (Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists) recognised as a minimum standard enabling all students to gain insurance.
However, Pinks has worked hard to obtain the status of being a NVQ registered training centre, allowing it to train students in the top qualifications possible while still being flexible to their time requirements.
Individual NVQ units are available along with the full beauty/nail/holistic portfolio and can be realistically completed in anything from 2 months.
The other advantage our system is that all the non-NVQ courses are taught to NVQ standard and so these qualifications can be upgraded to NVQ status simply by completing the extra assessments with no extra teaching being required.
Being the only Fast-track NVQ beauty college in Derby and Tamworth is something we are very proud of and of which we intend to use to train the next generation of beauty therapists in the Midlands.
