Massage NVQ Level 3 Training Course
Train to the UK national standard in Body Massage, enabling you to offer a comprehensive, professional massage service to your clients.
Our Massage NVQ Level 3 course comprises five and a half days classroom teaching plus home study and assessments. There are five core subjects to study including Body Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Tanning Services.

Massage NVQ Level 3 Course Content
Core subjects
- Provide body massage treatments - 2 day course
- Provide indian head massage - 1 day course
- Aromatherapy massage using pre-blended oils - 1 day course
- Provide hot stone therapy treatments - 1 day course
- Provide self tanning services - 1/2 day course
The course also includes three units for home study.
- Maintain procedures to safely control work operations
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of promotional activities
- Contribute to the financial effectiveness of your business

Get NVQ qualified and improve your employability
- Externally accredited qualifications increase your chances of getting jobs as employers recognise these qualifications as work ready in the same way as GCSE's and A levels in other subjects.
- Accredited qualifications are recognised both nationally and internationally e.g. NVQ's in England & Wales and SVQ's in Scotland. The opportunity to work abroad or on cruise ships is significantly increased by having these qualifications accredited externally.
- You will be able to obtain public liability insurance.
Locations
The Massage NVQ Level 3 training course can be completed at our Windsor, Exmouth, Glasgow, Durham, Stockport, Cardiff, Brentwood, Derby and Tamworth training colleges. Refreshments will be provided for you.
Entry requirement for Massage NVQ Level 3
No previous experience is necessary to complete our Massage NVQ Level 3 training course. It is a requirement for a uniform to be worn. View our uniforms.
