This advanced course requires facial experience first.
You will revisit anatomy and physiology pertaining to the head neck & shoulders and structure of the skin.
- Revisit skin types
- Contra indications
- Health, safety and legislation for using electrical equipment
- Principles of electrotherapy applied to the face and neck area.
By the end of the course you will be able to:

Recognise skin types and disorders and take appropriate action in selecting or advising clients about treatments and aftercare.

Perform safe, hygienic and effective electrical treatments to the face and neck to a commercially acceptable standard and timing.

Adapt treatments to suit the individual client's needs by analysing information gathered at consultation, including contra-indications.
