Our Pedicure & Spa Pedicure training course is the perfect compliment to the Manicure and Spa Manicure course and is essential if you want to pursue a career as a Beauty Therapist or Nail Technician. This Pedicure training course will provide an extension to what you have learned as a manicurist and give you a full knowledge of natural foot nail care, preparation for pedicure, lower leg massage and how to create a professional finish with polish.
As with our manicure course, you will also gain the benefit of learning Spa pedicure, involving the application of hot oil and foot masks with paraffin wax and thermal booties to improve the appearance and condition of the skin and nails all year round. This course is also essential if you would like to follow the Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 2 or Nail Technician NVQ Level 2 route.

Once you have passed this course you will receive the Carlton Institute Diploma in Pedicure and Spa Pedicure. This will enable you to gain beauty therapist insurance to cover your treatments on clients and is sufficient for mobile and self employed therapists.
Do I need any previous experience before I enroll on this course?
Although a beginner course, you are required to have completed previous Manicure and Spa Manicure training before enrolling on this course.
How can I progress from this course?
After you have completed this course you may wish to enhance the Manicure and Pedicure experience for your clients by adding popular nail treatments such as a UV Gel Polish Manicure, Nail Wraps or Nail Art. You could also learn how to apply Acrylic or Gel Nail Extensions for a treatment that will keep your clients coming back again and again.
