Our Henna Body Art (Mehndi) course will teach you how to apply temporary ‘tattoos' using natural henna and how to decorate the designs with body paints and bindis (body jewels.)
Using a stencil you will be taught how to apply henna paste to the skin and produce a fabulous design. For those of you who prefer to create your own designs and effects, you will also learn freehand application, using a cone applicator (just like a mini icing bag,) filled with henna paste. You can make your design as simple or intricate as you desire - let your imagination run wild!
Because the ‘tattoo' is temporary, once it has faded, you can start again and create a totally new design!
You will also receive a FREE henna body art kit worth £25.

Get IHBC qualified and improve your employability
You can also obtain an IHBC qualification in Henna Body Art.
Externally accredited qualifications increase your chances of getting jobs as employers recognise these qualifications as work ready in the same way as GCSE's and A levels in other subjects.
Accredited qualifications are recognised both nationally and internationally e.g. NVQ's in England & Wales and SVQ's in Scotland. The opportunity to work abroad or on cruise ships is significantly increased by having these qualifications accredited externally.
You will be able to obtain public liability insurance.
Some advanced courses require an accredited qualification as a pre-requisite for the course.
