"I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the last two weeks. I have just completed my beauty therapy level 2 and massage therapy level 3 at the Leeds centre and I loved every second of it! I have learned so much and found each course extremely interesting and enjoyable. Our course leader, Yoselyn, was fantastic. She was so friendly and helpful and it was an absolute pleasure to be taught by her, especially as she was so knowledgeable in all areas. The Leeds school is really nice and it felt like a home from home for the 2 weeks I was there and I met some lovely people, who I will be keeping in touch with. All the equipment and products used for the training were excellent, as is the starter kit I bought. From before I even made my booking, all the staff have been so helpful and informative and I feel I have been supported every step of the way. I am now looking forward to getting started on my NVQ portfolio and workbooks (as soon as I receive them, which I hope will be soon?) and to getting to work as a therapist. I would be very grateful if you could post my feedback on the website and pass on my sincere thanks to Yoselyn at Leeds and also to Angeline who assisted on some of the courses. I was quite skeptical to start with considering that it is only a 2 day course, but I am amazed at how much one can learn in the time. Our teacher, Jane, was fantastic in all aspects. "I recently completed Body Electrics training and wanted to share my fantastic experience with you. I really enjoyed my day and it was money very well spent. I found it a little daunting at first, but my tutor Danniella was really lovely. She explained eveything to me and really helped me. She was ever so friendly and gave me some really good advice regarding my studying for NVQ qualifcations and about being a beautician in general. She was lovely and I would love to do more training with her in the future. The other tutor, Kate, was really nice too. "Lynda was an absolute star to interact with, and when the portfolio was assessed as fast as it was, I was gobsmacked! The ladies on the phone at Carlton have been incredibly helpful and accommodating. Even though it's made clear that it can take several weeks for portfolio submissions to be processed, clearly at the Institute they do their best to move things along as efficiently as possible. "During the course of the day I learnt the process of a Manicure and Pedicure, I also learnt what the difference is between a standard manicure and luxury one (Spa Manicure.) I enjoyed the course/lesson and found it interesting to learn about and understand what tools are used during these treatments and what they each were used for. "Today I attended a Hopi Ear course at your Derby location and have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. My tutor made me feel very welcome when I arrived and put me at ease. She explained all the theory to me and was very helpful if I had any questions to ask. The practical side of the course was also explained clearly and she went through the treatment in depth too. Being a trainee therapist, it was good to actually experience the treatment myself. At the end of the morning we had our test and then received our certificates. I recently attended a Hot Stone therapy course at another college which I won't name but I had to chase them up countless times for my certificate which I wasn't too happy about. I thought that I had good value for my money and the fantastic offers that you do are very welcome when in this current climate times are hard. I will definitely come back and do more holistic and beauty courses and also recommend you to my other therapist friends."

"I took the Nail Extension and Nail Art courses at the end of July. I rang on several occasions to check some small details and I was always given 1st class treatment and my queries answered straight away... and they have always been so helpful and very knowledgeable about the courses and requirements. Even when I have left answerphone messages they have not once failed to call me back. Their professionalism is shown at all times, even when I accidentally left some goods that I had purchased at the school, within 2 days they had them sent directly to my home. I cannot say 'thank you' enough for the help and support shown to me".

I would just say that if you are planning to have a good future in the business it is definitely worth going on and taking the NVQ/IHBC qualifications.
