CIBT School Diploma
Students sit a simple end of course test to ensure that the basics and safety and hygiene have been understood. Should you fail, we undertake to provide you with extra tuition, free of charge, until you have reached the required standard, and you will, therefore, still gain a prestigious CIBT diploma, which will enable you to take out professional insurance.

NVQ Level 2 and 3
NVQ qualifications in beauty therapy have provided a national standard for the industry which is recognised and highly regarded by employers and the public.The Carlton institute was one of the first VTCT Assessment Centres to fully implement the new NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) standards in Beauty Therapy. We have developed a unique training programme for each individual NVQ unit which consists of three steps:
A:Practical training. B:Home study & portfolio package. C:Assessments.

IHBC and IIHHT
IHBC (International Health & Beauty Council) and IIHHT (International Institute of Health & Holistic Therapies) qualifications are internationally recognised external qualifications awarded by VTCT (Vocational Training Charitable Trust). VTCT is the major awarding body in the UK for S/NVQs in Beauty Therapy and has been established for over 40 years.
