Our courses are very popular and by paying a deposit and specifying which course and date you would prefer you will be more likely to have your first choice as we reserve places in a queue.

If you are happy with the details when we contact you, and you are booking multiple courses you may need to increase your initial deposit to a maximum of £200. If you are not happy with the details we will immediately refund your £50 online deposit. (No admin. fee will be charged).

Once details are agreed with you and are confirmed to you in writing our normal terms apply. These are:
The course balance is payable in full 14 days before the course starts. Failure to pay on time may result in the loss of your place and forfeiture of your deposit. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the course is suitable for their requirements by referring to published information or discussing course content prior to enrolment. Deposits and course payments are non refundable and non transferable. Failure to attend a confirmed course will result in the loss of all payments made for that course. In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation (proof of which may be required) a request for transfer to a later course will be considered at the discretion of The Carlton Institute. If the request is successful an administration fee of £15 per course will be charged.
